Document the Amnesia-branding Add-on

User asked frontdesk about the Amnesia add-on for TBB.

I looked around and saw in #8035 (closed) that changes the homepage to be Tails’.

Any other ‘localisation’ features it does?

We should probably document it.

For the record, user wanted to know if it was a cool extension to use with their stable TBB outside of Tails.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
