Make the full Tails ISO history available to core contributors

It’s been uploaded to lizard. Next steps:

1. make the LV available in puppet-git.lizard
2. configure gitolite there to support git-annex (http://git-annex.branchable.com/tips/using_gitolite_with_git-annex/)
3. created a dedicated Git repo on puppet-git.lizard, with RW access for core contributors
4. move that repo to the dedicated LV (probably by mounting the latter where gitolite is looking for the former)
5. merge the already uploaded data into this repo, somehow
6. document how this repo can be used by core contributors
7. give one-shot read-only access to the data in this repo for selected people: give www.lizard read-only access to that repo, clone it in git-annex direct mode on www.lizard, and then make the clone accessible read-only to those who need its data
