Document how to install a working Vagrant
The version of Vagrant in Jessie/Unstable is too new for our build system and the version in Wheezy is too old. A working version can be obtained from snapshot.d.o.
Until the build system can be fixed to work with Vagrant 1.6, perhaps the attached patch would be a decent way to temporarily solve the problem?
