Add gpgApplet to the Applications menu

When users click on Exit on the gpgApplet, there is no graphic option to bring it back (it doesn’t appear on the Applications menu), though you can start it from the terminal running gpgApplet.

User suggests to add it to Applications/Accessories and I agree.
