No more keyboard switching applet in Jessie

In Tails Wheezy there was a convenient keyboard switching applet in the top bar. It is gone in Jessie and it not currently possible to have two different keyboard layouts configured and switch between the two.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
