Torbutton's "don't record history..." setting is disabled

In a build from feature/tor-browser-bundle at commit d4a622ac, Tools -> Addons -> Torbutton -> Preferences -> Security settings -> “don’t record browsing history […” is disabled, while it is enabled in Tails 1.1.1. Maybe it’s simply reflecting better the fact that we have extensions.torbutton.block_disk set to false, maybe it’s a regression.
