Remove TrueCrypt

Once we’ll have shipped the updated TrueCrypt wrapper (#7739 (closed)) and a documented (#6052 (closed)) alternative to TrueCrypt (#5932 (closed)) for a Tails release or two, we can remove TrueCrypt, finally.
