Automate localized screenshot generation

Using the testsuite infrastructure, it should be possible to generate updated and localized screenshots. That should be investigated to enable usage of screenshot in a tutorial or other documentation.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
