Improve documentation about ISO verification for Mac using GPGTools

The current instructions for ISO verification using GPGTools point to the Linux instructions using command line.

Apparently it is also possible to verify the ISO image through graphical means, as described here:

http://support.gpgtools.org/discussions/everything/1520-verification-doesnt-work#comment_32792068

This technique should be tested and added to the documentation by an OS X user.

But this should wait until the Installation Assistant is released (#9323 (closed)).
