Fix Git hooks that push Puppet modules to immerda

The solution that was deployed to #5500 (closed) apparently does not work (anymore?). #5500 (closed) was blocking important progress (#6182 (closed)), hence marking as priority > normal. And #5500 (closed) was for 2.0, so flagging this regression for 2.0 too.
