Install a backport of shared-mime-info 1.3+

As documented on #6608 (closed), s-m-i 1.3 fixes a (minor) regression introduced by 1.2, that we’re going to install from wheezy-backports (#7039 (closed)). Once s-m-i makes its way into Debian testing, we’ll want to backport and install it.
