Test torsocks 2.0~rc in the context of Tails

At some point, we will definitely want to migrate to the new torsocks. Its author (David Goulet) wants to hear from you and make sure it works fine for us.

Note that this migration could also be the occasion to make our usage of tsocks, torsocks and torify consistent, and only use one of these (hint: the new torsocks allows setting a SOCKS user and password on the command-line, so likely we can drop some of our hacks for stream isolation, e.g. for the MUA).
