Fix Florence dconf settings
We set our preferred settings in
config/chroot_local-includes/etc/dconf/db/local.d/00_Tails_defaults,
and run dconf update in config/chroot_local-hooks/20-dconf_update,
but for some reason they are not applied. It might be that we simply are
not using the correct syntax.
