JavaScript sometimes broken in Tor Browser 8.5.5

• When I open a ticket on Redmine, JavaScript is broken. See screenshot in attachment. As a consequence, I can’t edit the description of the ticket or add relationships to other tickets.
  • When I visit https://tails.boum.org/install/download I get the no-JS version.
  • When I disable NoScript, JavaScript works again.
  • The happens in 4.0~beta2 and 3.16 on a fresh boot.

If we don’t yet have a test to check that JavaScript works in our releases, I think that we should.
