Disable live-tools.service
This service is only useful to display the “Please remove the
live-medium, close the tray (if any) and press ENTER to continue:”
prompt on shutdown, that has not been displayed in Tails for a while
(not sure if that’s on purpose). The Buster upgrade of this code seems
to break stuff, e.g. #16312 (closed) and I sometimes see that prompt,
seemingly randomly, which is confusing. I bet our own code that deals
with shutdown does not play well with live-tools.service.
