Pidgin test failure since the move to redmine.tails.boum.org
As seen during the full testsuite runs for the 3.11 release, the “Chatting with some friend over XMPP in a multi-user chat” test fails.
Even if we have HTTP-level redirections in place, it might be worth
investigating replacing labs.riseup.net with redmine.tails.boum.org
in various places; but that particular bug needs another tweak, which
you’ll find attached: the <title> tag is checked and that one has
changed after the move to a dedicated Redmine instance:

+ title = 'Roadmap - Tails - Tails Ticket Tracker'This test passed with that patch applied on top of stable at release time.
