The buttons 'configure' and 'Show log' do nothing when clicked

Steps to reproduce:

- Install https://nightly.tails.boum.org/build_Tails_ISO_feature-14594-asp-gui/lastSuccessful/archive/ with Persistence.
- Install two packages and select to add them to storage
- Delete /live/persistence/TailsData_unlocked/apt/
- Restart Tails
- After logging in, there is an error notification with two options: ‘Configure’ and ‘Show log’. Click on any of them.

Error:

- The notification dissapears and nothing happens

What should happen instead:

- The proper windows should open.
