Upgrade tor to 0.3.2.x
The first stable release in the 0.3.2 series is likely to be 0.3.2.9 and
will be released any time soon. Let’s skip it for Tails 3.5 (bugfix
release) but upgrade in Tails 3.6 (major release). We’ll get it
automatically once deb http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org stretch main has it but this is an important enough upgrade to warrant a
tracking ticket: I’ll want to have a close look at test suite results
and run our full test suite.
