Install doc sections should be easily linkable

Since our new instructions site we have a problem in frontdesk, as we cannot link now to the different sections of the install documentation.

One example is the troubleshooting section. It is not possible to point the users to it, and many times we need to go through all the steps to copy the content.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
