typo in a workaround in the known issues list

in https://tails.boum.org/support/known_issues/#switchable_graphics_segfault

we suggest the users to add

 modeprobe.blacklist=nouveau

to the startup options.

that obviously should be

modprobe.blacklist=nouveau
