Test that it is still possible to install Tails with UUI

UUI was updated 3 days ago, and there was a lot of reports this week from users unable to boot with devices installed with Universal USB Installer. the following error message is displayed before the boot menu :

WARNING: No configuration file found

like in #8992 (closed).
