uBlock Origin connects to its github

1. Deselect all filters in uBlock0.
2. uBlock0 connect to github in background, and there’s no way to stop this behavior.
3. The author never going to add an option to disable this behavior. FOR MANY YEARS.

uBlock0’s phone home code must be removed. This enables attacker to use water-fountain attack.
