Consider dropping flattr versus making it more prominent on our website

That’s a possible conclusion from #11298 (closed). Note that we shouldn’t spend a lot of time on this seeing the quantity of revenues that we get from Flattr (8.60€/month currently).

U: What do you think? Could this be a worthwhile discussion for a monthly meeting?
