Icedove sometimes fails to start

At least in automated test suite runs on Jenkins I’ve seen Icedove failing to start (but you get the launching feedback in GNOME’s top bar). This was with icedove 1:45.6.0-1~deb8u1+tails1.

For now, let’s treat it as a test suite issue.
