Replace defunct search engines in torbrowser

Disconnect is dead and Google Search is known to be unusuable within tor replace it with searx.me to have google-like results in a sleek search UI while maintaining your privacy.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
