Consider linking to /install/download from /install

People are complaining that the IA forces people who only want to download (because they already know how to install) to go through 4-5 pages before getting there. Since we have /install/download, why not add a shortcut from /install to it? I also want to link to it from the release notes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
