ubuntu has no archive named jessie

in the install assistant on the expert install step https://tails.boum.org/install/expert/usb/index.en.html for debian/ubuntu the user is asked to do

sudo apt install debian-keyring/jessie

which doesn’t work in ubuntu. isn’t jessie superfluous?
