Prevent DAVE from reloading the page every 10s

This happens in Tails, Tor Browser outside of Tails and FF38. See screencast in:

The first blinking and reset appears at 0:49, then it goes on.
Note that I need to force a reload of the page for this to happen. If
I
don’t reload the page it doesn’t blink.
