Useless step in https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/persistence/copy/

I saw a few weeks ago that the step 7 ask the user to close a root terminal, and the 8th to open a new root terminal. I don’t see the point, so here is a patch that merge steps 7 and 8 and remove these actions.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
