Tails Brasero cannot burn Tails ISO, but growisofs can

Reported by user:

User in irc claimed that when trying to burn Tails ISO on a DVD+R from inside Tails, Brasero will throw the error:

MEDIA: closed or not recordable

But he could burn Tails ISO on that same DVD with dvd+rw-tools

I will test it later on.
