Store only the failed scenario videos as artifacts

Storing all videos produced by the automated test suite doesn’t make much sense. We’re interested in the failing scenarios.

Once we have deployed a way to store the automated test videos as artifacts, we should refine that to store only the one related to failing scenarios.
