"unclutter" can cause spurious errors with some configurations

I often see problems that are similar to the one noted in #8140 (closed), FindFailed: can not find GnomeApplicationsTails.png, etc.

In my configuration (nested VMs, 32GB RAM, hexcore AMD) some features—practically anything that requires work in a graphical environment—have no hope of reliably finishing successfully. The tests do not fail each and every time (other than usb_install.feature which has never completed without errors), but reliability (on my system) is sorely lacking.

While troubleshooting this problem offlist, I was asked to comment out unclutter in run_test_suite to show the mouse pointer. After doing so I could not reproduce this problem. Indeed, tests that never succeeded for me—ever—(I’m looking at you usb_install.feature) now pass.

It seems I may have been hitting https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=493144.

At least for me, disabling unclutter has helped tremendously.
