Propose to move "meetings management" out of front desk

  • Instructions to take minutes would fit better in /contribute/meetings/
    • Front desk rarely do those tasks anyway, because they are either of little importance (Twitter) or optional (minutes and reports). So let’s stop pretending that it’s officially on their plate.

Things to do:

  • Move the minutes instructions.
  • Propose alternatives for the other tasks.
