Greeter revamp: Decide a language icon

We tried to reuse:

• http://www.languageicon.org/
• http://thenounproject.com/term/translation/5735/

But on the “Welcome” screen those were quite high and we proposed to put the logo on top of the selection box and designed a variation on the Language Icon with only the Japanese characters. We need to make a final decision on which one to use.
