No more localized search engines except Wikipedia

#8037 (closed) meant to illustrate that localized search engines were not there anymore, in general. The solution that was implemented only fixes this for Wikipedia. I think we want the other localized search engines back too. That’s a regression since 1.1.x, so flagging for next point-release and >normal priority.
