tails-security-check never displays any notification

It was broken when adjusting for incremental upgrades (commit bad66c6) last November. Too bad we would need it working right now that the security announce wrt. I2P 0.9.13 was pushed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
