Vagrant 1.4.3 (from sid) needed on Wheezy

The stable version of Debian Wheezy comes with Vagrant 1.3.2 which fails when building an ISO.

The process described here https://tails.boum.org/contribute/build/ works only with version 1.4.3 of Vagrant, which is available on the unstable branch of Debian Wheezy.
