Upgrade Linux to 3.14 for the 1.0.1 release

tl;dr: Let’s install Linux 3.14 in Tails 1.0.1.

An image built from the feature branch has been successfully tested from DVD in qemu/KVM and VirtualBox, and from USB on two bare metal systems.
