Windows Camouflage's toolbars are grey instead of white

This should be fixed by the following patch on gtk-widgets.css

  .primary-toolbar,
  .primary-toolbar .toolbar,
  .primary-toolbar.toolbar {
    background-color: @toolbar_bg_color;
