Run tor-launcher without xulrunner

xulrunner will die. Soon, as in “when we migrate to FF31”:

We currently run tor-launcher with xulrunner. Will /usr/bin/iceweasel -app /usr/share/tor-launcher-standalone/application.ini do the job for us?
