Add Rjb support to ruby-sikuli

IIRC anonym already has done it somewhere, but I can’t find the relevant info on the blueprint, and I don’t remember if it’s been submitted upstream yet.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
