Apply to Comcast Innovation Fund

Their “Topics of interest” from last year [1] are very broad. It means
that we can probably fit in somewhere but that they might be a lot of
competition.

I registered as Riseup Labs to their online platform and saved the
password in credentials.asc (58b81db). The submission for is very small
and much more targeted at research than implementation. See attachment.

The links to their previous reports are broken and I couldn’t find other
info on what they funded in the past.

It might be worth reusing the application we had about messaging
application but I don’t think it’s worth writing something new for them.
