Translation platform cannot send emails?

Today I tried to register an account on https://translate.tails.boum.org/ because we soon want to send out for testing. When I register I’m supposed to receive an email with a confirmation link but I think this email is never sent out.
Can you please check?

I currently believe that we have no other choice but to make this work, otherwise users won’t be able to register without our intervention.
