Images URLs broken in 3.11 release notes

Hi,

Images URLs were broken in the 3.11 release notes. Generated URLs seems to have been missing the directory where the images were stored (one directory per new)

Kibi and sajolida fixed it quickly by adding the appropriate directory:

https://tails.boum.org/news/upgrade.png => https://tails.boum.org/news/version_3.11/upgrade.png
https://tails.boum.org/news/virtualization-warning.png => https://tails.boum.org/news/version_3.11/virtualization-warning.png
