Deal with getTorBrowserUserAgent not being reliable anymore

getTorBrowserUserAgent won’t output the user agent actually exposed by Tor Browser anymore.

We only use it to spoof the user agent for htpdate (and not for example for wget, the security check, nor Tails Upgrader). IMO we should simply drop it.
