Installation instructions link on Tails installer gives 404

Steps to reproduce:

- Start Tails 3.6 or 3.7

- Open Tails Installer
- Click on the link ‘Installation instructions’

TBB opens the page: https://tails.boum.org/install/os/ but there is nothing there
