Send second email call to test reproducibility of Tails 3.2alpha1

Send out a second call once some fixes are applied (after Tails 3.2-alpha1).

1. the draft email will be written on Sept 7
2. 3.2~alpha1 should be out by Sept 8, 3pm CEST
3. u will send the call whenever she can
