Step "a screenshot is saved to the live user's Pictures directory" is fragile

Fails with “No screenshot was created in /home/amnesia/Pictures (Timeout::Error)”

Happened 17 in June, 34 for what 2017 logs we have.

Related test jobs failures are tagged in their description in Jenkins.

That’s maybe a resurrection of #8952 (closed)?
