Notification "Tails-greeter.py is ready" is unclear

When the greeter is ready but not focused, a notification displays “tails-greeter.py is ready”. The application should have a better name in this notification, such as “Welcome to Tails is ready”.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
