Fragile test: the OpenPGP applet key selection window is moved partly off-screen instead of selecting a key

See attached screenshot. We see this quite often on Jenkins (e.g. https://jenkins.tails.boum.org/view/RM/job/test_Tails_ISO_devel/147/cucumberTestReport/), not sure if that’s a test suite -specific problem or not.
